Job Description

Manage and negotiating with customers directly the volume of seasons, initiatives, promotions and the correct replenishment, as well as giving visibility to the company of these negotiations to be able to carry out the complete sales process from inventory request to invoice collection.

Qualifications

  • Manage the administration of 6 different national accounts and 5 regional customers together with KAM jr
  • Analyze and evaluate with 7 direct and 5 indirect buyers the negotiations of seasons, initiatives, listing, distribution, In&Outs and promotions
  • Monthly analysis with accounts to review results, opportunities and action plans
  • Carry out CPFR activities, mainly for the HEB and Comer chains.
  • Review together with the CPFR WM area the weekly opportunities that may exist at the store code level.
  • Follow-up of the execution of promotional plans and seasonal with the operations team
  • Management of commercial discounts for each customer aligned to a budget
  • Follow-up of orders for their correct invoicing and delivery with the Supply area.
  • Monitoring of billing and overdue portfolio with the finance area to maintain a healthy portfolio
  • Follow-up of activities to promote the brand at the point of sale together with the Marketing and operations team for the correct execution of the campaigns.
  • With the finance team, recurring reviews of the first part of the P&L (Gross to Net) to monitor the annual plan.
  • Analyze, manage and monthly report of the forecast

  • Solid base in sales area - KA accounts, specially Walmart
  • Previous background on consumer goods industry
  • Advanced Excel
